La Villa del Valle is a luxury inn with six rooms located in Valle de Guadalupe, Baja California, Mexico. This is a secluded destination, where people can escape to relaxation. The inn has rustic decor, which meshes perfectly with the surrounding scenic landscapes. In the lobby area, there is a giant cowhide mirror, which I was obsessed with!
As you enter the main lounge area, the hallway is lined with bookshelves. This accentuates the fireplace as a focal point. In this area, you will find pops of cowhide once again. All the rooms have very unique lighting fixtures that tie the space together. They also add a sophisticated touch to a “ranch style”. I’d have to say one of my favorite things about the lounge area is the amount of windows. Allowing nature in keeps the connection between indoors and outdoors. I believe this is an important key in creating a relaxing environment. Unfortunately, I only stopped by La Villa del Valle, but I definitely plan on staying there next time!
The restaurant, Corazon de Tierra, is known to be one of the best in Valle de Guadalupe. It’s decor and scenery is consistent with the inn as well. Stay tuned for a post on Corazon de Tierra soon!
